Colin Gratton
Born and raised in Manitoba, Colin attended two years of university at l’Université de Saint-Boniface before transferring to Brock University to complete a Sport Management program. Upon completing his degree, he returned to Winnipeg to begin his career in sports and entertainment, with a focus on Premium Sales & Service.
With more than six years of experience in premium ticketing sales, Colin is extremely results-driven, and has a reputation for exceeding revenue goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
When he’s not at work, Colin enjoys playing hockey, video games, and participating in volunteer initiatives such as the “Fight for Charity” novice boxing event in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).

Chris Macsymic is a Principal and Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson and Team Co-Lead of Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson Investment Team (“CWSIT”). Chris’s main focus has been the sale of income-producing investment properties in all asset classes along with the sale of development land as well as sales and leasing of industrial properties. Chris has represented REITs, pension funds, large public companies, family offices and private investors throughout his career and is routinely engaged for independent guidance. Chris has also represented accounting firms and lending institutions during insolvency proceedings leading successful sale processes on their behalf.
Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba along with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business and is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s President’s Roundtable, Cushman & Wakefield’s Canadian National Capital Markets Group, former Vice Chair of the Winnipeg Realtors Association Commercial Division and Level 2 CFA Candidate.

Brett Intrater (Personal Real Estate Corporation) is an Executive Vice President (EVP) and Team Co-Lead on the Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson Investment Team (“CWSIT”) and EVP – Cushman & Wakefield National Capital Markets Group having joined as an agent trainee in 2016 and has been a top producing agent since 2018. Brett specializes in the sale of income-producing investment properties in all asset classes, and land and building sales for development as well as sales and leasing of retail properties. Brett has represented REITs, pension funds, large public companies and private investors both in an agency representation capacity and a tenant or buyer representation capacity.

Ryan Munt is a client-focused, energetic professional who specializes in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties.
As Vice President for Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson, Ryan has represented both tenants and landlords, and worked with developers, REITs and pension funds. Some of the major tenants Ryan has represented include: National Bank, Canaccord Genuity, Major Drilling, Domino’s and Acklands Grainger.
Ryan is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders, a national recognition for 50 up-and-coming brokers. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Volleyball Manitoba.
Before joining CW Stevenson in 2013, Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business. He is also a former member of the Junior National Volleyball Team and University of Manitoba Bisons Men’s Volleyball Team.

Chris Hourihan joined Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson in March 2019. He graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a degree in Conflict Resolution.
Prior to joining our team, Chris was working as a National Benefits Advisor specializing in group benefit sales across Canada. Helping others solve problems is what Chris finds most rewarding, which he is able to attain by combining his client-focused approach and detail-oriented skillset.

David Konitz is an expert in the world of Property Management. David is the Senior Vice President of Property Management and has been a part of the Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson family since 2005. David transitioned into the property management industry after a successful career in residential real estate sales. His management portfolio consists of commercial, office, retail and industrial properties and in addition to his property management duties, is a part of our Executive team, helping to lead the way for all of CW Stevenson. Upon his graduation from the Asper School of Business in 2006, with majors in Marketing and General Business Studies, Stephen joined MMI Commercial Real Estate Ltd. which then became DTZ and is now Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson.
Stephen has extensive experience with industrial sales and leasing, investment sales of all asset classes, land sales and build to suit projects. From 2012 –2013 Stephen was Vice President of Property Management Services and gained extensive knowledge in building maintenance/construction and financial accounting of commercial property. Stephen then returned to the brokerage side of the business with an enhanced knowledge of commercial real estate. Stephen is also the past Chair of the Commercial Division of WinnipegREALTORS.

Martin McGarry began his commercial real estate career nearly 30 years ago and has been a top producer for the last 2 decades. If you were to ask anyone who has anything to do with commercial real estate, they will tell you Martin is a person you can depend on and trust to do the best thing for his client.
Martin is responsible for the execution, vision and strategy as the CEO of Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson as well as the President and CEO of MMI Asset Management. He manages strategic relationships with key investment partners and is continually in pursuit of client-service excellence.
Martin serves on the Board of Directors for World Trade Centre Winnipeg. He was also appointed to the Manitoba Provincial Working Group for development of a capital region growth plan that will aim to deliver better infrastructure at lower cost and improve planning, permitting and zoning.

Rachel Cenerini has earned the respect and admiration from both clients and peers for her accuracy and integrity.
