Judy Wakefield
Judy Wakefield is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience within the real estate and property management sectors, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth, streamline operations, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
Judy’s career in accounting and finance began in public accounting, working with an international advisory firm for ten years in Assurance and Risk Management. During this time she was based out of Winnipeg but also worked on a number of client engagements overseas and in the United States.
Judy has spent the last two decades leading the finance departments at two of Winnipeg’s privately owned real estate and property management companies. During this time she gained deep industry experience in the commercial and multi-family sectors, covering all financial aspects of real estate services, including asset management, property valuation, investor relations, mortgage financing, and brokerage. Her extensive finance background includes strategic planning, heading complex financial transformations, financial reporting, systems implementation, and team building.

Rachel Cenerini has earned the respect and admiration from both clients and peers for her accuracy and integrity. Rachel is our Enterprise Controller and has been with the company since the beginning. Rachel leads both our corporate accountants and vast Property Management accounting team. She helps to make up the 50% female Executive team here at Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson, assisting in making the big decisions that drive our team and company as a whole. Rachel has served as her condo board President for nine years.

Dan Kajpust
Dan Kajpust graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2010. He has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including having worked in valuations at a REIT with over $5 billion in assets. More recently, Dan has been in Asset Management at a large property management firm. Responsibilities here included overseeing mortgage financing and renewals for the portfolio, purchase and disposition analysis, reporting for owners, as well as budgeting and long term planning. He also helped oversee significant process improvements in order to operate buildings more efficiently and better serve customers.<p
He is currently working towards the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute designation and has completed the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation program through UBC.

Paige Small
Paige Small is a creative professional with more than 5 years of experience in marketing and communications. Paige has extensive experience in campaign strategy and execution, ensuring all marketing efforts are on track to achieve target metrics.
Paige believes great communication is the key to developing a strong team and strong results to match. She works to foster a positive team environment of inclusion and support.
Paige is also passionate about community engagement. In her personal time, she serves as the Co-Event Director for Winnipeg’s motionball Marathon of Sport event, raising funds and awareness for Special Olympics.

Colin Gratton
Born and raised in Manitoba, Colin attended two years of university at l’Université de Saint-Boniface before transferring to Brock University to complete a Sport Management program. Upon completing his degree, he returned to Winnipeg to begin his career in sports and entertainment, with a focus on Premium Sales & Service.
With more than six years of experience in premium ticketing sales, Colin is extremely results-driven, and has a reputation for exceeding revenue goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
When he’s not at work, Colin enjoys playing hockey, video games, and participating in volunteer initiatives such as the “Fight for Charity” novice boxing event in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).

Chris Macsymic is a Principal and Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson and Team Co-Lead of Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson Investment Team (“CWSIT”). Chris’s main focus has been the sale of income-producing investment properties in all asset classes along with the sale of development land as well as sales and leasing of industrial properties. Chris has represented REITs, pension funds, large public companies, family offices and private investors throughout his career and is routinely engaged for independent guidance. Chris has also represented accounting firms and lending institutions during insolvency proceedings leading successful sale processes on their behalf.
Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba along with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business and is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s President’s Roundtable, Cushman & Wakefield’s Canadian National Capital Markets Group, former Vice Chair of the Winnipeg Realtors Association Commercial Division and Level 2 CFA Candidate.

Ryan Munt is a client-focused, energetic professional who specializes in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties.
As Vice President for Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson, Ryan has represented both tenants and landlords, and worked with developers, REITs and pension funds. Some of the major tenants Ryan has represented include: National Bank, Canaccord Genuity, Major Drilling, Domino’s and Acklands Grainger.
Ryan is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders, a national recognition for 50 up-and-coming brokers. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Volleyball Manitoba.
Before joining CW Stevenson in 2013, Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business. He is also a former member of the Junior National Volleyball Team and University of Manitoba Bisons Men’s Volleyball Team.
