Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson is excited to announce that Dan Kajpust joined our Valuation & Advisory team as an Appraisal Consultant on Monday, July 22.
Dan brings with him a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including having worked in valuations at a REIT with over $5 billion in assets. He graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2010.
More recently, Dan has worked in Asset Management at a large property management firm, where his responsibilities included overseeing mortgage financing and renewals for the portfolio, purchase and disposition analysis, reporting for owners, as well as budgeting and long-term planning. In addition, Dan helped oversee significant process improvements in order to operate buildings more efficiently and better serve customers.
Dan is currently working towards the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute designation and has completed his Post-Graduate Certificate in the Real Property Valuation program through the University of British Columbia.
Dan joins the Valuation & Advisory team at a time of key growth and momentum, and we look forward to the contributions Dan will make, alongside Chad Willis, Vice President, Valuation & Advisory Services.
