As a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), Maddie brings a strong foundation of expertise in employment legislation, leadership best practices, and organizational development. Maddie’s approach balances strategic business needs with a deep understanding of what makes a workplace meaningful for employees.

Judy Wakefield

Judy Wakefield is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience within the real estate and property management sectors, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth, streamline operations, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.

Judy’s career in accounting and finance began in public accounting, working with an international advisory firm for ten years in Assurance and Risk Management. During this time she was based out of Winnipeg but also worked on a number of client engagements overseas and in the United States.

Judy has spent the last two decades leading the finance departments at two of Winnipeg’s privately owned real estate and property management companies. During this time she gained deep industry experience in the commercial and multi-family sectors, covering all financial aspects of real estate services, including asset management, property valuation, investor relations, mortgage financing, and brokerage. Her extensive finance background includes strategic planning, heading complex financial transformations, financial reporting, systems implementation, and team building.

Kerri Melnyk

Kerri oversees the daily operations of Multi-Family Management, which encompasses both the Condominium and Residential Divisions. She provides leadership and guidance to Property Managers, maintenance teams, contractors, on-site staff, and administrative and accounting personnel.

With 16 years of experience collaborating with Boards of Directors, Kerri has spent 13 of those years at Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson.

Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for CCI Manitoba and chairs the CCI Manitoba Marketing Committee.

Nina Ladouceur

Nina Ladouceur is a Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson specializing in residential development and management. Providing professional services to a variety of individual and corporate clients, Nina has experience dealing with many types of property including new builds, multifamily residential, condominium and commercial properties. In addition to her wide variety of projects, Mrs. Ladouceur leads a team of highly experienced professionals, providing residential market intelligence, consulting & planning, and construction/lease up services. Mrs. Ladouceur has worked on and authored market studies and consulting assignments and demonstrates the ability to adapt to situations, think ahead, and motivate others in order to deal with both operational issues and long term projects. Mrs. Ladouceur is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg and is currently continuing training within building development and operations

Kristal Patey

Kristal Patey’s focus on strong client relations and her genuine solution driven attitude has gained her trust and recognition from her team and clients alike. Kristal is our Vice President of Commercial Property Management, working with and leading our Commercial Property Management team here at Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson. She has been in the Property Management Industry since 2008 and manages a mixed portfolio of office, retail, industrial and commercial condo’s totaling over 1.5 million square feet. Kristal will be pursuing her CPM designate in the near future.

Jennifer Mullen-Berube is a visionary steward who leads transformative moments, leaving a legacy of shared success. As President of Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson and MMI Asset Management, she brings over 25 years of high-impact leadership across financial services and commercial real estate. Jenn champions strategic growth through her core values of integrity, stewardship, and well-being, empowering teams to achieve beyond their expectations.

An ICD.D certified director, MBA graduate, and certified executive coach, Jenn’s career includes board and advisory roles at prominent organizations, including Manitoba Blue Cross and Friesen’s Corporation. She is recognized for her strategic insights into growth, digitization, ESG, and risk management, along with her commitment to nurturing high-performing teams. Paige Bouchard

Paige Bouchard is a creative professional with more than 5 years of experience in marketing and communications. Paige has extensive experience in campaign strategy and execution, ensuring all marketing efforts are on track to achieve target metrics.

Paige believes great communication is the key to developing a strong team and strong results to match. She works to foster a positive team environment of inclusion and support.

Paige is also passionate about community engagement. In her personal time, she serves as the Co-Event Director for Winnipeg’s motionball Marathon of Sport event, raising funds and awareness for Special Olympics.

Chad Willis

Chad Willis is a seasoned leader in commercial valuations and strategy, boasting over 15 years of expertise in finance and real estate. Recognised for his roles in the Manitoba Credit Union space, where he served as Vice President and Chief Experience Officer, Chad spearheaded innovative initiatives enhancing member engagement. His journey from branch management to executive leadership showcases a commitment to fostering high-performance teams.

Adept in real estate appraisal, commercial lending, and business strategy, Chad’s career highlights include sales leadership and credit management in the commercial and agriculture sectors.

Beyond his corporate success, Chad resides in West St. Paul, and enjoys his passions for hockey, golf, and family travel.

Nicolas Paez Otero

Nicolas Paez has more than eight years of experience in technology, consulting, and commercial account management. Nicolas is responsible for coordinating all aspects of data management, including tools, projects and enhancements. He also supports Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson by developing market research initiatives. Nicolas is proficient in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Chris Voogt

Chris Voogt is an experienced manager and team leader in commercial and real estate banking with almost 30 years of expertise in the industry. His career spans both the banking and credit union space where he has excelled in branch management, market sales leadership, and overall operations. He believes strongly in a people-first leadership style, fostering open communication and empowering high-performance teams.

With deep expertise in real estate analysis, commercial lending, and business strategy, Chris is highly skilled in credit management, strategic planning, and financial oversight. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered exceptional client and investor experiences, ensuring alignment between portfolio performance and stakeholder expectations.

Beyond his career success, Chris resides in Winnipeg with his wife and two university aged children, is an avid sports fan, and loves to travel with family and friends.

Dan Kajpust

Dan Kajpust graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2010. He has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including having worked in valuations at a REIT with over $5 billion in assets. More recently, Dan has been in Asset Management at a large property management firm. Responsibilities here included overseeing mortgage financing and renewals for the portfolio, purchase and disposition analysis, reporting for owners, as well as budgeting and long term planning. He also helped oversee significant process improvements in order to operate buildings more efficiently and better serve customers.<p

He is currently working towards the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute designation and has completed the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation program through UBC.

Colin Gratton

Born and raised in Manitoba, Colin attended two years of university at l’Université de Saint-Boniface before transferring to Brock University to complete a Sport Management program. Upon completing his degree, he returned to Winnipeg to begin his career in sports and entertainment, with a focus on Premium Sales & Service.

With more than six years of experience in premium ticketing sales, Colin is extremely results-driven, and has a reputation for exceeding revenue goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

When he’s not at work, Colin enjoys playing hockey, video games, and participating in volunteer initiatives such as the “Fight for Charity” novice boxing event in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).

Ryan Munt is a client-focused, energetic professional who specializes in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties.
As Vice President for Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson, Ryan has represented both tenants and landlords, and worked with developers, REITs and pension funds. Some of the major tenants Ryan has represented include: National Bank, Canaccord Genuity, Major Drilling, Domino’s and Acklands Grainger.
Ryan is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders, a national recognition for 50 up-and-coming brokers. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Volleyball Manitoba.
Before joining CW Stevenson in 2013, Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business. He is also a former member of the Junior National Volleyball Team and University of Manitoba Bisons Men’s Volleyball Team.

Chris Hourihan joined Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson in March 2019. He graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a degree in Conflict Resolution.

Prior to joining our team, Chris was working as a National Benefits Advisor specializing in group benefit sales across Canada. Helping others solve problems is what Chris finds most rewarding, which he is able to attain by combining his client-focused approach and detail-oriented skillset.

Upon his graduation from the Asper School of Business in 2006, with majors in Marketing and General Business Studies, Stephen joined MMI Commercial Real Estate Ltd. which then became DTZ and is now Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson.
Stephen has extensive experience with industrial sales and leasing, investment sales of all asset classes, land sales and build to suit projects. From 2012 –2013 Stephen was Vice President of Property Management Services and gained extensive knowledge in building maintenance/construction and financial accounting of commercial property. Stephen then returned to the brokerage side of the business with an enhanced knowledge of commercial real estate. Stephen is also the past Chair of the Commercial Division of WinnipegREALTORS.
