Dan Kajpust

Dan Kajpust graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2010. He has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including having worked in valuations at a REIT with over $5 billion in assets. More recently, Dan has been in Asset Management at a large property management firm. Responsibilities here included overseeing mortgage financing and renewals for the portfolio, purchase and disposition analysis, reporting for owners, as well as budgeting and long term planning.
