Kassy Phillips-Hnatyshyn joined Stevenson Advisors in 2007 as an Appraisal Consultant. She provides commercial property appraisals and real estate consulting services on a wide variety of properties and real estate related issues. Kassy has worked on a wide array of commercial appraisals, including retail, office and industrial buildings, multi-family residential buildings, churches, vacant land, and new construction projects. Kassy has also worked on many institutional and special-use properties, rural appraisals, consulting reports, and native market rental rate renewals. Kassy provides these professional services to an array of individual, corporate, and institutional clients. She works within a group of Consultants responsible for providing real estate valuation, consulting, planning, and market intelligence. The group includes consultants with varied backgrounds in urban planning, appraisal, finance, land development, housing and statistical research.
