Dan Kajpust

Dan Kajpust graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2010. He has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including having worked in valuations at a REIT with over $5 billion in assets. More recently, Dan has been in Asset Management at a large property management firm. Responsibilities here included overseeing mortgage financing and renewals for the portfolio, purchase and disposition analysis, reporting for owners, as well as budgeting and long term planning. He also helped oversee significant process improvements in order to operate buildings more efficiently and better serve customers.<p

Judy’s career in accounting and finance began in public accounting, working with an international advisory firm for ten years in Assurance and Risk Management. During this time she was based out of Winnipeg but also worked on a number of client engagements overseas and in the United States.

Judy has spent the last two decades leading the finance departments at two of Winnipeg’s privately owned real estate and property management companies. During this time she gained deep industry experience in the commercial and multi-family sectors, covering all financial aspects of real estate services, including asset management, property valuation, investor relations, mortgage financing, and brokerage.
