Dan Kajpust
Dan Kajpust graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2010. He has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including having worked in valuations at a REIT with over $5 billion in assets. More recently, Dan has been in Asset Management at a large property management firm. Stephen has extensive experience with industrial sales and leasing, investment sales of all asset classes, land sales and build to suit projects. From 2012 –2013 Stephen was Vice President of Property Management Services and gained extensive knowledge in building maintenance/construction and financial accounting of commercial property.
