Judy Wakefield
Judy Wakefield is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience within the real estate and property management sectors, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth, streamline operations, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
Judy’s career in accounting and finance began in public accounting, working with an international advisory firm for ten years in Assurance and Risk Management. During this time she was based out of Winnipeg but also worked on a number of client engagements overseas and in the United States.
Judy has spent the last two decades leading the finance departments at two of Winnipeg’s privately owned real estate and property management companies. During this time she gained deep industry experience in the commercial and multi-family sectors, covering all financial aspects of real estate services, including asset management, property valuation, investor relations, mortgage financing, and brokerage. Her extensive finance background includes strategic planning, heading complex financial transformations, financial reporting, systems implementation, and team building.

Rachel Cenerini has earned the respect and admiration from both clients and peers for her accuracy and integrity. Dan Kajpust
Dan Kajpust graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2010. He has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including having worked in valuations at a REIT with over $5 billion in assets. More recently, Dan has been in Asset Management at a large property management firm. Responsibilities here included overseeing mortgage financing and renewals for the portfolio, purchase and disposition analysis, reporting for owners, as well as budgeting and long term planning. He also helped oversee significant process improvements in order to operate buildings more efficiently and better serve customers.<p
He is currently working towards the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute designation and has completed the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation program through UBC.

Born and raised in Manitoba, Colin attended two years of university at l’Université de Saint-Boniface before transferring to Brock University to complete a Sport Management program. Upon completing his degree, he returned to Winnipeg to begin his career in sports and entertainment, with a focus on Premium Sales & Service.
With more than six years of experience in premium ticketing sales, Colin is extremely results-driven, and has a reputation for exceeding revenue goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Chris’s main focus has been the sale of income-producing investment properties in all asset classes along with the sale of development land as well as sales and leasing of industrial properties. Chris has represented REITs, pension funds, large public companies, family offices and private investors throughout his career and is routinely engaged for independent guidance. Chris has also represented accounting firms and lending institutions during insolvency proceedings leading successful sale processes on their behalf.
