Dan Kajpust

Dan Kajpust graduated from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2010. He has since gained a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including having worked in valuations at a REIT with over $5 billion in assets. More recently, Dan has been in Asset Management at a large property management firm. Responsibilities here included overseeing mortgage financing and renewals for the portfolio, purchase and disposition analysis, reporting for owners, as well as budgeting and long term planning. He also helped oversee significant process improvements in order to operate buildings more efficiently and better serve customers.<p

He is currently working towards the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute designation and has completed the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation program through UBC.

Chris Macsymic is a Principal and Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson and Team Co-Lead of Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson Investment Team (“CWSIT”). Chris’s main focus has been the sale of income-producing investment properties in all asset classes along with the sale of development land as well as sales and leasing of industrial properties.
