Chris’s main focus has been the sale of income-producing investment properties in all asset classes along with the sale of development land as well as sales and leasing of industrial properties. As Vice President for Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson, Ryan has represented both tenants and landlords, and worked with developers, REITs and pension funds. Some of the major tenants Ryan has represented include: National Bank, Canaccord Genuity, Major Drilling, Domino’s and Acklands Grainger.
Ryan is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders, a national recognition for 50 up-and-coming brokers. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Volleyball Manitoba.

Martin McGarry began his commercial real estate career nearly 30 years ago and has been a top producer for the last 2 decades.
