Stephen has extensive experience with industrial sales and leasing, investment sales of all asset classes, land sales and build to suit projects. From 2012 –2013 Stephen was Vice President of Property Management Services and gained extensive knowledge in building maintenance/construction and financial accounting of commercial property. Martin McGarry began his commercial real estate career nearly 30 years ago and has been a top producer for the last 2 decades.
