Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson is looking for a Resident Manager to join our Residential team. The Residential team, and our RMs in specific provide the first point of contact for current and prospective tenants alike, and take care of the daily tasks that come along with managing a Luxury Apartment building.

The primary responsibility of your role is to provide essential services such as cleaning and maintenance to ensure that common areas are kept clean and in order, and to provide excellent customer service to new and existing tenants. The successful Candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining great relationships with tenants and contractors, while addressing all complaints and concerns quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner.  As a frontline representative for our Residential Property Management team, the person we are looking for will ensure that the building is safe and secure, is well maintained, visually, mechanically and operationally, and will complete daily cleaning duties such as disinfecting common areas (hallways, stairways, offices and amenities) to ensure the health and comfort of our tenants. This person will also have knowledge in preparing and submitting reports to the Property Manager regarding general conditions and incidents, and will have sufficient experience in providing smooth move in and move out processes while submitting all of the required paperwork to the Property Administrator. Required Skills & Abilities

  • 2+ years experience as a live-in Resident Manager/caretaker position
  • Proficient in basic computer literacy
  • Ability to create great relationships using strong interpersonal skills, while remaining professional
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly growing/changing environment with a high degree of resourcefulness and adaptability
  • High organization skills are a must, and the ability to multi-task is paramount to the success of this position
