Summary

Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson is looking for a Property Administrator to join our Condominium Division as well as our Commercial Division. Our Property Administrators work closely with our Property Managers, and provide support in order to best serve our clients and tenants. The position requires an individual who has experience working within an office environment, brings strong computer skills and is highly organized. In addition to your strong administrative skills you must be a good communicator with a willingness to solve client problems. Your main responsibility is ensure our clients and tenants are happy and that building operations run smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities

Preparing and administering contracts for provision of property services; coordinating the implementation of repairs; ensuring necessary purchase orders are issued, maintained and tracked via scheduled maintenance; preparing correspondence for tenants and owners; preparing monthly financial statements and annual budgets.
